About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

1. complaints need to be monitored by central and state ministry simultaneously - as after delegation to state ministry there is no contact by the central agencies 2. there should be rewards and accountability towards the complaints 3. there should be a TAT and a report at the end of the TAT 4. and also there should be escalation mechanism 5. solutions should be provided and proactive steps should be taken to resolve along with the complainants ref: registration no GOVMH/E/2019/07109 unresolved

first of all I don't about this portal exist or not. So many citizens don't know: when can use this portal? why it was created? Who can use this portal? How it can be used? Post something about this on Twitter & Facebook.

Me new India me chahta hun har ghar khud electricity generate kare or use kare. Clean India ke bare me kaha jaye to har ek vehicle's me vacuum cleaner ka use karna chahiye. I have many ideas but I want to one opportunity to proof me. We generated a lot of electricity by the train. In new India not use crude oil. Every vehicle traval some distance by fuel and some distance by battery and battery also chargeable. I want to meet superior for make new India.My mob.9129500289 I hope understand

My sincere suggestion is to do something to STOP availability of Alcohol, as it appears to be Mother of many of the Social Evils. Also, many businesses decisions are materialized/inked under the Drunken state. This is an uphill task to Ban Liquor Nationwide, however, a campaign similar to Swachchh Bharat Mission can make it possible. Extremely useful for common people/masses, may drastically reduce the number of heinous crimes influenced due to Alcohol.

Good management of water is a good energy for human development since understand about water DAM and forest. Rain has been dependent upon forests. So one family should be growth minimum five trees. This Idea has been greatly improved forests. Those forests not only for rain but also good for air pollution and economic growth and Environmental protection and safety Goble worries. Do anything but keep in mind to make government simple and conveinient for the general peoples...Also verify that your work development reached to normal peoples or not. Always Keep working for Farmers, villages, & Temple. Give priority to Senior citizens. Give security to Female.

We can start to use Blockchain systems in our day to day life as well as for government correspondence as well.It will really help the people as well as government and it also gives the security to our data as well.Many developed countries have started to use Blockchain even for voting as well.Using this technology,we can have more efficient correspondence and fast transfer of money as well.

Grievence addressal should be people centric and national interest base. Grievence should support national endurance and park. Grievence should justify the cope up with societal changing nature.
