बच्चों में परीक्षा को लेकर सबसे ज्यादा डर इस बात का होता है कि नंबर कम आने पर माता-पिता क्या कहेंगे तो सबसे ज्यादा जरूरी है कि माता-पिता अपने बच्चों का पूरी तरह से सहयोग करें उन्हें सपोर्ट दे और उन्हें आगे बढ़ने के लिए सदैव प्रेरित करें अंक कम आने के बावजूद भी उन्हें निराश ना होने दें और स्कूलों को जरूरत है कि बच्चों को स्टडी विद फन का माहौल प्रदान किया जाए जिससे बच्चे पढ़ाई में रुचि भी लेंगे और किसी भी प्रकार का तनाव महसूस नहीं करेंगे बच्चों में सकारात्मक सोच का विकास करना होगा

Dear Goverment , Below step will be taken for stress free exams 1. exams paper decided only by releted post qualification 2 . apttitude or gk is not decide genuine seat holder. 3 .even i disagree with goverments exams.my view is better way is givinh task a candidate to prove it own passion or knowledge about post. 4. schools stress free Exams ,till date i don't use sign theta or cos theta,simapl is change the method of education ,student will intrested when you input subject of real life

Most of us scare or fear Exam due to one reason they want something from that (like.score mark) they are not looking towards them that i will get something from this exam. MOST OF US DON'T WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING FROM THAT THEY WANT TO EARN( Mark, Score, Point ) SOMETHING FROM THAT WITH THEIR PARENTS ALSO So forget about point mark score rank and concentrate on study do it regularly see your exam will definitely became a STRESS FREE.

First of all, all the students who are preparing for an exam should have a believe in yourself and should be a well managed self-confident. And one should be involved in the particular activities which helps them to keep their brain and body active with sufficient pace. Don't compare your own study strategy and criteria with others. Define your own method to keep balancing your study time and all other things which you do. Don't let all problems be creating pressure on you. .....................

exams becomes stressfull to all students whose skills and not good in academics but in other field they can do a lot better than others. But our society have made a perception that only that student is good who scores good marks thats makes students vulnerable to trauma after result by society friends and even our closest that is our family. what a student is needed is appreciation and support to try in its best way .In our society most schools are academics oriented not skill oriented .

You have to study every day lesson on that day itself or one subject one day to study all lessons of that week you have to study first to understand and repeatedly study till you are able to write the answer If you have better concentration and study once you can able write what you study without any mistake Once you study well you can write what you study without mistake Every day you study the lesson you never fear at exam just revise and write exam well study four to six hours day

Group study kare. taki jo hame aata hai o subke sath discuss Kare , or jo hame nahi aata o apne friends se samaj le taki subako study mai jo-jo problems hai o group study karke swoll ho jayenge, or school or college mai jo padhaya jata hai usaka study ghar aake or ek bar padh le, her roj 1-2 ghante study kare koi bhi din khali na jaye kuch bhi ho jaye her roj padhana chahiye,taki exam ke time mai jyada tension na ho,or koi trss na ho.or exam tension free hoke questions ke answer swoll Kare,🙏🙏
