If the children do not have to take tension in the examination, then what we need to do for this is that we will have to study every year a little bit and revise it well by coming to main time, which will remove our pressure and which That we will be able to write in paper easily and we will take less pressure on our brain, which will have many benefits. But less number of Student follow this rule.

The books everybody is studying in any stream in any pattern is not according to the job stream. No practical knowledge is gain from students after they pass out from any stream of education. students are writing all the answers in exam to only get maximum marks to get in next class but there is no innovation created. There must be practical knowledge given to every student according to the stream he or she wants to make carrier in the same stream.

The topic here is for stress free exams but it's not going to be stress free untill the student gets the quality education. I think there should be a student councillor in every school whose job is to find out every students strengths and weaknesses and work on them and let the student know in which direction to go so that the student can be confident on the field he chooses to go ahead. This will help the students to concentrate on the work in which they are good at.

Exams shouldn't be burden to the students. Instead of alloting a special period of time for the exams, schools can rather concentrate on the overall development of the student. Every student had some sort of strength and weakness,so I would urge the teachers to focus on the strengths of students and analytically teach him /her how to overcome their weakness. To be stress free during exams is to keep mental health active.go for a ride on your cycle, play, keep your mind busy with books or content..

Every experience has positive and negative aspects. Instead of looking negatively, we should start looking positively with full elation, enthusiasm and zeal.
