Sir, My suggestion is to get rid of the exams itself as that a competitive method of evaluating the skills and abilities of individuals. I prefer for a more scientific and holistic method of teaching and learning, whereby the learner is assessed of his interest during the initial periods of growth and later personalized education is provided to him to develop his career. The evaluation is done on a continuous basis for each and every activity of the student which includes exams also

1. Teachers teach the lessons in text books as children can connect with subject with daily usage in regular human life ( practical in nature) 2. Then conduct practical type exams after that we go ahead towards written exams. Practical learning and experimentation first then go for written exams. So that children can learn things with utmost interest and got good marks with very less stress.

Commerce either means CA or just a graduate which closes many opportunities for the ward because this is the grassroot issue that a mere graduate is just rewarded with 10,000. such practices should be curbed. without realising these challenges a student will always be insecured about his future, and unless this security is guaranteed parents, teachers and society wont allow a student in a stress free env.

With these reform a student pertaining the studies of core interest shall get equal opportunity to turn it into the reward in his life. For eg. A graduate in hindi language, whats the future of that person apart from a teacher? more avenues needed. this feeling should be inculcated in the child that marks are not what life is meant for. its much more. for eg. studying science in India is mainly related with the Engineering, why not these wards are promoted for R&D area?

Role of parents-parents must not develop a feeling of competition within the family so that their child can work in stress free env. and make their ward accept, learn and move with every failure they face. Role of teachers-teachers must not just focus on marks but also on learning and encourage the students with developing a learning attitude. Legislature-Educational reform where learning is more focused and student from every walk of life gets fair representation in employment opportunities.

suggestion#4. grading system is better than mark system suggestion#5. A healthy nutrition is very important for the child to cope up with exam stress...either to be provided through school or educate the parents to do the needful. suggestion#6. Children should engage in other curricular activities such as games, sports, arts apart from regular class...either at school or at home...this provides a balanced mind for the children so that they can cope better with exam stress
