Today's age is of competitions and everybody tries to be at top in every walk of life.But examinations should be stress free in order to healthy and fair competition! Examination pattern should be such that everybody should feel free in appearing it. Real test of talent should be established to really access the genuine candidate. Change in attitude of all is a must in this issue!!

just i dosent want give pages pages dialogues grab the concepts while your teacher os teaching and once read at home after the lesson completion .you will easily remember the points.which make you stress free in the exams....

Stress is developed due to the thought process in our Mind. In case of exams, it is due to the Fear created in the Mind of candidates about not getting an expected Result -- which may be our own expectation, comparison with friends or may be of parents/others. So, parents/someone should mix closely with candidate, closely monitor behaviour, encourage him to spend some time Relaxed by seeing movie etc.. , let him felt that he is to give his best, but any result is accepted & not to worry. Relax

sabse phle sabhi student ko yeh janna bahot jaruri hai ki jada stress lene se kuch milta nhi hai. hame phle jo aata hai usse acche se or padhna chaiye. apni galti ko next exam me na home de.
