we all should realise all our kids are not same some are good in academics some in fine arts and some at practical common sense questions so we need to be good motivators as parents and teachers. More critical thinking skills should be analyzed and then grade kids and have higher sets of questions. Finally they should be analyzed what fields they could excel and train them accordingly. We teachers also need to be educated on newer methods of handling kids and how to motivate them.

Tests and exams can be a challenging part of school life for children and young people and their parents or carers. But there are ways to ease the stress. Children and young people who experience stress may: worry a lot feel tense get lots of headaches and stomach pains not sleep well be irritable lose interest in food or eat more than normal not enjoy activities they previously enjoyed seem negative and low in their mood seem hopeless about the future
