One of the major reason for stress is distraction of minds of students in the name of competitions. I suggest you to ban all types of competitions upto +2 class. Let students focus on academics. The first twelve years of education is very essential in one's life. These competitions also has negative impact on the minds of students. There is degradation of human values.
