योग की शुरुआत कैसे करे
इसके अभ्यास के लिए पहले सीधे कड़े हो जाए। इस दौरान कमर व गर्दन को सीधा रखे। अब हाथ को सिर के ऊपर करे और सांस लेते है धीरे -धीरे पुरे शरीर को खींचे। कुछ समय के लिए ऐसी अवस्था में रखे।
