Yoga as a way of life , not just asanas alone . A yogic way of living needs to begin from home . Every home should have at least one person into yoga , rest family members will benefit at micro level then this model goes macro . Participation in a group at home is encouraging as whole family does yoga . More public sector to adopt to have more employment for those taking up yoga as a career will help a lot .

Like people got together for banging utensils, if at a particular time they can go to their terraces and balconies and do a simple pranayam together, it will be like everyone is celebrating this day.

Through TV channels, a yoga performance may be telecasted in a particular time. All the people should be instructed that during that time, all the people should perform yoga by seeing TV and they may post the videos / photos of the same through all social media with a hash tag, given by the government.

Yoga is the most important part of our daily life and it is must in this COVID-19 pandemic. Yoga boosts up our immunity system and protect us from all the diseases in our environment. We all have to take pledge to include Yoga in our daily routine at least for 30 min. in a day. To do so, morning is the best time. Sit in the fresh air in the morning and do the major 'aasans' like 'Kaapalbhati', 'Anulom- Vilom', 'Bhastrika', 'Surya Namaskar', etc. Stay safe & healthyand "BE WITH YOGA- BE AT HOME".
