How to overcome exam stress- well,there is nothing to stress about my friend, It is just an exam, Don't be afraid of the difficulty of the exam, It will be easy because you have studied well . You have the capability to do anything in the world then what is this exam. Don't be afraid of getting bad marks , your marks don't matter what actually matters is how hard you tried .If Stephen Hawking ,a man who couldn't lift his hand, propose unimaginable theories then you can definitely ace this exam.

1. No exam phobia 2. Do regular revision 3. Teachers and parents involvement should be 4. Be Confident 5. Break / relaxation for 10min during preparation

Respeected Hon,rble prime Minster Narendra Modi ji we have to set that kind of exam system which makes student competitive on merit basis we don't have to inculcate in students associated memory in students ie means gota which make them dull and lazy not competative in future coures of time

1. Appropriate studying before exam is responsible for lowering stress . 2. Meditation is another way to reduce stress. 3.peacefull atmosphere at home also help to reduce stress.

Descriptive kind of exam doesn't make students competitive because they only memorize the answers after examination they forget it . My suggestion is all exams should be objective type which covers whole syllabus , students also feel less burden. Thanks

1.We should have to take regulate break after study 2-3 hour. 2.we should have to take proper sleeping hours. 3.we have to do those activities that provide relessation of mind
