Student should do some extra curricular activity during exams so that they feel relaxed and calm. I read a novel that helped me stay calm and relaxed. Books, games and music can help other student too.

sir, if schools visit villages and do gram seva Like how Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai encourages students to do gram seva, then their stress level will reduce and also it will attract his blessings for a successful exam.

परीक्षा ही नही हर तरह के तनाव को दूर करने के लिए प्रेरक कहानियाँ जादू की तरह काम करती हैं, कभी न कभी आजमा कर देखना चाहिए । परीक्षा के समय अभिभावक बच्चों को केवल पढाई पर फोकस करने को कहते हैं जबकि उन्हें ब्रेक देते रहना चाहिए । इस दरम्यान परिवार के लोगों से खुशनुमा बातचीत के साथ सकारात्मक माहौल में कोई भी प्रेरक कहानी पढ या सुन लेनी चाहिए । अगर आपके विषय से सम्बन्धित कहानियाँ पढने सुनने को मिल जाए तो फिर कहना ही क्या । ध्यान रहे कहानियां छोटी, प्रेरक और सकारात्मक हो, गाॅसिप, रोमांचक या अन्य नहीं
