During exams,the most important thing which should be kept in mind is mental health.Everyone should take out at least 15-20 mins from their daily schedule to mediate as it helps in calming down our mind. If you have a habit of doing yoga then do not skip it and do it regularly.Fix your sleeping and eating schedule as physical health is also important.Also try to include more fresh fruits in your diet.Remeber this last thing-You are not competing against other students but against yourself!
