During exams,the most important thing which should be kept in mind is mental health.Everyone should take out at least 15-20 mins from their daily schedule to mediate as it helps in calming down our mind. If you have a habit of doing yoga then do not skip it and do it regularly.Fix your sleeping and eating schedule as physical health is also important.Also try to include more fresh fruits in your diet.Remeber this last thing-You are not competing against other students but against yourself!

How to overcome exam stress- well,there is nothing to stress.The examination pattern has negatively affected our whole system of education. The whole system of examination is casually planned. Many of the people even after education is completed are not getting jobs in India.

How to overcome exam stress- well,there is nothing to stress about my friend, It is just an exam, Don't be afraid of the difficulty of exam, It will be easy because you have studied well . You have the capability to do anything in the world then what is this exam.Don't be afraid of getting bad marks ,it is said right that those people are lucky who fail first and then succeed .

Respected sir, Please discuss on special issue whether students have fruitful with online education during this Covid situation. Though teachers have put in their hard work hundred percent to reach their knowledge to all their students equally. But whether students have got benefited properly or not need to know from the students. Actually during this situation most affected area is Education. Regards

The examination pattern has negatively affected our whole system of education. The whole system of examination is casually planned. Many of the people even after education is completed are not getting jobs in India. This is because they had a bad percentage on their academic qualifications. Nowadays, companies hire candidates based on the cut-off percentage of their academics. This is a wrong practice as it lowers the candidate’s self-confidence in getting a job in such a competition.

Hello Sir , Iam Rohit Kubal of std 9 from Little rock Indian School , udupi . Here I share my own views and thought how to overcome stress ??? Basically I personally keep my way at regular studies with all me interactions with my faculty as well as my friends. Stress is a word which is difficult , but when we take stress in positive energy then stress changes to happiness . I suggest Pariksha defines not only the digits , but actually Pariksha is the pattern to exhibit wisdom in white paper.

Exam...koi darne ki cheez nahi hai...yeh toh bas ak platform hota hai...student ki potential ko...measure karne ka...toh student se mai yahi ...kahana chahata hoon ki woh exam se dare nahi...jabki ...exam ke liye apne potential ko...aur increase kare...aur potential ko increase karne ke liye...khub practice kare...aur problem ko jyada se jyada solve kare...aur exam ke dar ko hamesa ke liye khatam kare...meri subhkamanye aap sabhi student ke saath hai...

प्रिय छात्रों, बोर्ड परीक्षा में सर्वश्रेष्ठ करने की शुभकामनाएं। कुछ बातें आपके लिए उपयोगी हो सकती हैं। 1-नियमित योग करें, जो भी समय आपके लिए सुविधाजनक हो। 2-आहार सुपाच्य लें। 3-पढ़ाई के बीच बीच में कुछ खेलें। 4- मोबाइल का सीमित प्रयोग करें । 5-पढ़ाई बोझ नहीं है। बहुत सरलता से पढ़ें। 5-माता पिता के बीच बैठें, उनसे बात करें, 6-अधिक अंक पाना ही सफलता की पहचान नहीं है। हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी से प्रेरणा लें। 7-पाठ्यक्रम को नियमित दोहराये। 8- परीक्षा केन्द्र पर थोड़ा पहले पहुंचें । शुभकामनाएं
