The first recording of "Happy Heart" to reach the charts in Billboard magazine was an instrumental version by record producer Nick DeCaro that debuted on the Easy Listening chart in the March 15, 1969, issue and got as high as number 22 over the course of seven weeks.[3] DeCaro had recently produced the albums Born Free, Love, Andy, and Honey for Williams, who recorded "Happy Heart" on March 8 of that year.[4] Williams also performed the song for Clark's NBC television special Portrait of Petula that would air on April 7

Mind consumes most of the energy and oxygen. Keep mind thought less. Energy consumed by brain will be utilized by other parts of body. You will be able to perceive more when you are thoughtless.

Don't abandon eating ghee and oil. Most old age problems are due to that. Just eat ghee and oil in raw format. Maybe teaspoon 10-15minutes before meals. That will give strength to brain, muscles. Good bowl motion, as it lubricate the track, so helps in cleaning it. Sesame, mustard, coconut, groundnut oils. Think of running a vehicle like car bike without mobil oil.

Government should campaign Indian and international space programme among ordinary public in their own simple way of understanding . This will be a motivational and healthy education for the society. This will keep public away at least for sometimes from tension and family pressure. This can be a part of healthy heart treatment.
