India has a rich legacy of practices and knowledge touching different spheres of life and a scientific heritage traversing various Science & Technology (S&T) domains. The traditional knowledge of India is available in various forms such as classical texts, manuscripts and/or as oral communication that has been passed on over thousands of years. This valuable knowledge is often part of our daily practices as well. Some of the traditional practices are livelihood means of the concerned knowledge holders. Our traditional practices exist in synergy between human needs and nature, often balancing resources and requirements in a local context. However, with time, India’s Traditional Knowledge Systems are eroding rapidly, and the nation has also been witnessing erosion in people’s faith towards our traditional knowledge. A grave concern is the mindless attitude of some to mimic non-Indian cultures and disdain for our traditions. It’s important to recognize that traditional heritage is an integral part of any country’s development and progression. This calls for necessary attention and action from the concerned stakeholders in the country to build further on our scientific inheritance. Only a well-informed and balanced society can drive the advancement of the country.

Under the visionary leadership of our Hon’ble Prime Minister and President, CSIR Society, Shri Narendra Modi, the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is spearheading the efforts to collaborate with the relevant partners from across the country and implement the national initiative SVASTIK (Scientifically Validated Societal Traditional Knowledge) for communicating India’s traditional knowledge to the society. CSIR-National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (CSIR-NIScPR) is the nodal organization to implement this national initiative.

The prime mission of the initiative is to conserve scientifically validated traditional practices, and instil confidence in citizens regarding the scientific values of our traditional knowledge/practices.

We invite the suggestions of academicians, researchers, subject-matter experts, students, NGOs, and the public on how to instil confidence in society about our traditional knowledge and practices. This will help us in our mission to inculcate a scientific temper and instil confidence in citizens by stimulating the Science-Scientist-Society connect towards our traditional knowledge and practices.

Respected PM Ji, #Traditions Selfie,celebrated Independence Day very grateful thanks for bringing Harghar ki Tiranga program i just long back suggested that a common man is facing in celebrations of Independence Day in every street & villagers etc., Want to celebrate this Independence day well but its amazing more than that street level each home celebrated well by this Harghar ki Tiranga,In One flat i observed TWo Indian Flags & One Indian Flag to whole Appartment Total Three Flags Tirang means i simply with proudly with smile saying three of flags to an individual appartment it's a great future to India by this sign so please talk about Our tradition & Bring a program like Harghar ki Tiranga Harghar Tradition family selfie 🤳 program to keep their selfie at their homes on their main entrance hall etc., Please call people to come forward & Give message to whole world we live in India with Traditional practices we develop tradition to future responsibility to our children & country.Tq.

Few decades back we used to use Aurvedic medicine which was really affective, now we are not giving any credit. This needs to be revived. Let it be parallel to other medicine like homeopath/ allopath. Yoga exercise is now being practiced by other developed countries though yoga was practiced in India since long.

आत्मविश्वास वस्तुतः एक मानसिक एवं आध्यात्मिक शक्ति है। आत्मविश्वास से ही विचारों की स्वाधीनता प्राप्त होती है और इसके कारण ही महान कार्यों के सम्पादन में सरलता और सफलता मिलती है। इसी के द्वारा आत्मरक्षा होती है। जो व्यक्ति आत्मविश्वास से ओत-प्रोत है, उसे अपने भविष्य के प्रति किसी प्रकार की चिन्ता नहीं रहती। उसे कोई चिन्ता नहीं सताती। दूसरे व्यक्ति जिन सन्देहों और शंकाओं से दबे रहते हैं, वह उनसे सदैव मुक्त रहता है। यह प्राणी की आंतरिक भावना है। इसके बिना जीवन में सफल होना अनिश्चित है।

Amendments in State & UT Shops & Establishment Acts: States & UTs Shops & Establishments Acts can be amended to allow Shops , Stores, Super Markets - Hyper Markets, Malls of any kind of area 2500 Sq Feet and more to display Handlooms Handicrafts of that particular area in a separate cabinet . Owners or Managers of these establishments can make buy back / replacement agreements with societies of Handlooms & Handicrafts to make the deal more remunerative to both parties. Lalitha Jewellery exhibition of Tanjaore paintings in their Hyderabad Begumpet Store very much appreciative. The amendment will help millions of families who are surviving on their art from several years and also help employment & livelihood generation of their future generations.

आदरणीय महोदय,,,सादर प्रणाम 🙏🙏♥️🌹 यूजीसी नेट उत्तीर्ण और पीएचडी में नामांकित सभी शोधार्थियों को दस हजार रुपए तक की फेलोशिप अनिवार्य रुप से देने की योजना बनाई जाये । यूजीसी सिर्फ 3% जेआरएफ वालों को ही फेलोशिप देता है ,जिस कारण अनेक शोध पेंडिंग रह जाते है। जेआरएफ प्राप्त करने में शोधार्थी को कभी कभी चार-पांच साल लग जाते है ऐसे में वह शोध में उतर नही पाता है ।अगर शोधार्थी थोड़ा आर्थिक समस्या से निश्चिंत हो जाये तो ,देश के लिए मूल्यवान शोध कर पायेगा ।अत: निवेदन है आर्थिक समस्याओं में उलझे सभी शोधार्थियों को फेलोशिप मिल पाये ऐसी योजनाएं बनायी जाये ।
