There is a need to put in place a School Quality Assessment and Accreditation System to cover all aspects of school functioning, including scholastic and co-scholastic domains, physical infrastructure, faculty management, school leadership, learning outcomes and satisfaction of pupils and their parents/ guardians. Better governance structures in schools striking a balance between mandating and persuading, training of district and block-level education officers as well as head teachers for better management practices, on using data to better monitor and support school performance, and to mobilise community resources and efforts to improve school performance. What are the current experiences and how can they be bettered to achieve tangible results.

PART-V Every year thousand crore rupees is being wastage for the benefits of few peoples. And lacs of trees have been cut down for this purpose, it also harmful to our environment and forced our earth towards Global Warming and climate change.

PART - IIIEach & Every year School Authorities Changes most of the text books for the next session as they get percentages (commission) from the Publishers for changing the books, and if the school authorities are not changing the book title then publishers change some pages, add or modifies some pages to the existing book and published the book in a new cover as a new / revised / Advanced / Updated etc… edition in every year, as a result parents are forced to purchase so called new books from

PART - II India is economically poor country, and half of the peoples are lives under the below poverty line, and here every year old books are become wastage / obsolete/ useless, and we have to sell out as a scrap for no / very less cost.

KIND ATTENTION! TO HONORABLE MINISTER OF HRD, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. In America and other Developed and rich countries, they are use to issue Text Books to the school children in the beginning of the session, and the end of the session students have to deposit all books, so that next session students can use those books.

A).No admission on the basis of donation and recommedation. B).Provide equal chance to all for education. C).Better management in school and work for the benefits of students. D).Better infrastructure and teachers for students.

Good Intera structure and infra structure of the school can increase the standard and applying some quality rules the management system can be improve.

When the student passes out class 10, or class 12, he does not have the skills for: swimming, cycling, how to transact bank account, basic first aid, cooking, running basic business, fire fighting techniques etc Can they be considered?
