There should be such system that a student when reach to next class he should get books from school & when he pass that class he should return it to school again. The Fa should not contain marks it should contain only grades as is affect the result of an intelligent student whose handwriting or other co curricular activities is not good. rather it should contain only grades. CCE pattern should stop & there should be little bit punishment in schools so that students do not go beyond limit.

Because of worst condition of government schools, Private schools have become so demanding and charge huge fees. The fees for a Primary school going kid is as good as the fees of an Engineering student and more than government Engineering/Medical colleges. How can a common middle class man afford admitting their kids to private schools just to have a quality education? The answer lies only in improving the standard of government and semi-government schools so that people think of getting admission

For such government schools, I would suggest to keep a committee to evaluate student's as well as teacher's performance and progress every year. The committee members should visit periodically every class and ask questions to students and teachers and based on this, Teachers and students should be rewarded as best Teacher and student. There should be strict laws against cheating as teachers at times give favors to their students just to increase their performance on paper.

School standards, specially government schools are very poor and badly managed. I had visited a government school in Pune as a part of our CSR(corporate social responsibility) drive. They get government funds for implementing computer labs and teachers. But unfortunately, the computers in the school were kept packed and lab remained closed as the Principal said, they don't get a teacher for computer. Also, the schools are deprived of good infrastructure, toilets, classrooms and off course teachers

Affiliation System:-I wish to say that while granting affiliation to private schools strict compliance of norms be followed. Even in Delhi I am seeing that the school has no Laboratory/Library/Computer Cell but they are running Sr. Secondary level classes. Children are only being given theoretical knowledge. Are they not playing with the future of our Children? Most of the schools are engaging low educated teacher by giving them 3-5 thousand salary. Guidelines must be issued for engaging tchr.

I would like to draw the attention towards poor quality of teachers. Teachers are the real transformer of any country. If your "GURU" is like CHANAKYA they can make anything possible. but now a days in private and public schools the quality of teachers are deteriorating. In public schools they keep teachers those persons who do get job anywhere. In Govt. school the tradition of Guest teacher are paralyzing the education system who are being appointed through the recommendation by panchayat ppl
