our education system should be a smart system. The examination system should be practical instead of only written in just 3 hours. The method of teaching must be practical.for e.g. if teacher want to teach students about post office.he firstly should show video of it and should make children visit nearest post office. It will make students habituated to apply in practical what they are learning in text books

All Teachers should be subject to a Student Review at the end of Year/Semester, where in Computer Readable Data Forms + Return Sealable Envelope should be provided to students in Sealed Cover via a Volunteer. Once the students fill up the review form (w/out any fear of backlash) the student volunteer will collect and Seal them in the Second Envelope and hand it over to Review Auth. Personnel. Data should be analysed and Action Taken, irrespective of caste, religion or social status.

Improving state public universalities: Frame work & accreditation should be based on the expert skills in that area & all states to follow that accreditation process.

Improving quality of regulation: UPSC/ UGC/NCERT to create supplementary / complimentary patterns. Emphasis on self regulation at national level, state level, district level, Common screening of skills for life & not just exam marks to be considered at least 5 time before completion of secondary education. Therefore biannually skill level assessment should take place. Course of action to differ after twice of such assessment ( 4years) where strong skills in any skill of life. Out side regulation

Education is an expensive function, and therefore the connection between money and education is a frequent issue. Local governments struggle with school budgets and parents struggle with tuition costs. Just how does money relate to education?
Free and quality education should be implemented jointly by Government, NGO'S, Private Welfare Trusts and Public in each area.
Education is now commercialized. In future, Education should not be commercialized.

increase in access to higher education needs to be done with no compromise on quality.Instead of encouraging private initiatives,or opening new IIT,s and IIM,s the state universities need larger funding and support..HRD Ministry,UGC,Central Govt.need to upgrade teaching and research standards in state universities as majority of college and university going students are served by state universities. stae universities are inclusive in their enrollment and hence their quality has to improve.

1. Dynamic updation of the course contents every year or at specified frequency, this may lead to loss to book sellers but this is requirement of time.
2. Introduce new course between MBBS and ANM, like engineering diploma to cater for rural needs.
3. Special incentives and more HRA to teaches deputed in rural area, rather than less HRA
4. Remove age bar from all courses, there should not be any age limit for learning.
