Competence of teachers and their motivation is crucial for improving the quality. Several initiatives are being taken for addressing teacher shortages, shortages of secondary school teachers in mathematics, science and languages, improving the quality of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers professional development, enhancing the status of teaching as a profession, improving teachers’ motivation and their accountability for ensuring learning outcomes, and improving the quality of teacher educators. The objective of this theme is to assess the existing scenario and provide workable solutions to address the gamut of issues in teacher education in the school sector.

मास्टर इन इंजीनियरिंग के समस्त कॉलेज के छात्रों की सूची और समस्त प्राइवेट और शासकीय महाविद्यालय के सहायक प्राध्यापकों की सूची का मिलान तत्काल करवाना चाहिए, और ऐसे समस्त छात्र जो एक ही अवधी में दोनों काम एक साथ कर रहे है, उन्हें दोनों ही काम से मुक्त कर देने का प्रावधान तत्काल बनाना अति आवश्य है. विदित हो पिछले 8 वर्षों से यह खेल लगातार चल रहा है जिसे रोकना अति आवश्यक है,

अभी हाल में ही मध्य प्रदेश विद्युत मंडल में कांटेक्ट बेसिस पर सहायक अभियंता और कनिस्ट अभियंताओं की भर्ती निकली थी , कई छात्रों ने निजी विश्वविद्यालय से पुराने डेट पर अपनी मार्कशीट इशू करवाई वो भी 97 % अंकों के साथ , उनका नाम मेरिट में ऊपर आ गया बाकि कसर नेता जी की सिफारिस ने पूरी कर दी , वहीँ दूसरी और शासकीय इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज के छात्र मेरिट में ही पीछे हो गए क्योंकि उन्हें उनकी योग्यतानुसार वास्तविक अंक ही दिए गए थे /

Stop inbreeding, make the learners migrate. Simple solution, that'll not cost a penny. PG from the same institution as UG should not be allowed at all. Likewise, Ph.D. from the same insitution as PG should not be permitted. Also no fellowship, no Ph.D. registration (Number of Fellowships must increase significantly). The quality of teachers, will then (due to forced migration) be much better. Staying in comfort zones or same places, kills creativity and degrades quality.

The teachers recruitment system in central and state universities must be changed from existing system. there should be a centralized recruitment system adopted that will reduce same lot of irregularities such as corruption, caste discrimination, bellow quality persons coming into the intuitions, same university professors influence for their favorable persons will be drastically reduced
