WE NEED TO IMPROVE TEACHING METHODS WITH HELP OF EVERYONE THAT WAY WE CAN EASILY FIND OUT WHAT WE MISSING IN GOOD QUALITY OF EDUCATION.WE MUST STRICTLY BAN TEACHER FOR DOING POLITICS AND DOING ANY BUSINESS. EVERY TEACHER MUST BE HUNGER FOR KNOWLEDGE. GUARDIAN, PARENTS ALWAYS CHECK THEIR CHILD WHAT HE IS LEARNING.

teacher selection procedure should be changed because teacher is the path creator for the student if they have the Knowledg what ever they teach should be confident i saw in private as well as governmen university/collage there is teacher who have no idea that how to teach for student in the collage there is no such kind of rule to how much salary should get the teacher in collage and school some of are collage i saw who are paying 8000to 10000 for the teacher so how they could be knowledgeable

1.Selection of teacher should never be with consideration of SC ST OBC like that.
Teacher selection must be as per merit status not caste for getting quality teacher
2. Infrastructure, technology, cleanliness must be the priority for better education.

अध्यापकों को नई-नई तकनीकों के बारे में जानकारी देने के लिए समय-समय पर अाचार्य अभ्यास वर्ग लगाया जावे तथा प्रत्येक आचार्य को तीन वर्ष में एक बार वर्ग करना अनिवार्य किया जाये .

We have top class teachers in government schools.. still the government schools are dying. I believe this is due poor performance, negligence of teachers. We should put some criteria to evaluate teachers performance.

1. Teachers should be inspired through periodic lectures from good people from the creative fields
2. Teachers should be trained whenever syllabus is updated/changed. The records should be online
3. Salary to be increase to attract talented
4. Teaching attitude to be tested while recruiting

For increasing skills in the teachers first we need to stop recruitment based on caste reservation, I m not against it but the fact is that the burden of responsibility and accountability over teachers and other government employees is very high which needs very amount intellectual property. while recruiting based on caste based we are doing injustice to several meritorious people

FOR REVAMPING TEACHER EDUCATION, QUALITY TEACHERS ARE NEEDED BUT, TEACHERS LACK MORAL VALUES. TEACHERS SHOULD INCULCATE MORAL VALUES TO THE FUTURE GENERATION, THEREFORE MORAL EDUCATION-EDUCATION OF VALUES SHOULD BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF TEACHER EDUCATION.
