The lack of quality teachers in the market is significantly due to the fact that many good teachers give private, independent tuition to students after class either because there is more incentive or because they are not qualified. To solve this problem:
1. Regulate the private tuition industry. Many are for-profit and do not add value or quality to the students' education.
2. Incentive school teaching for tuition teachers such as waiver of BEd if they have experience
3. Ban homeschooling.

Introduce a online forum website exclusively for Indian educators where they can (anonymously if necessary) discuss problems, education methods, and solutions. Weak teachers can improve themselves, while good teachers share their keys to success. Here, a teacher from a rural village in Bihar can be connected to a Mumbai-based teacher.

Teachers lay the foundation in fact they mould the children, this is is possible if the teachers are mentally satisfied. Educational institutions must give them a handsome salary.specially in India teachers are not paid well so they resort to taking pvt tutions. Whereby they just teach the chapters for namesake we have to eradicate the root cause. Give them additional benefits so that the future generation can also get motivated to take this noble profession.

FOR REVAMPING TEACHER EDUCATION, QUALITY TEACHERS ARE NEEDED BUT, TEACHERS LACK MORAL VALUES. TEACHERS SHOULD INCULCATE MORAL VALUES TO THE FUTURE GENERATION, THEREFORE MORAL EDUCATION-EDUCATION OF VALUES SHOULD BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF TEACHER EDUCATION.
