Competence of teachers and their motivation is crucial for improving the quality. Several initiatives are being taken for addressing teacher shortages, shortages of secondary school teachers in mathematics, science and languages, improving the quality of pre-service teachers and in-service teachers professional development, enhancing the status of teaching as a profession, improving teachers’ motivation and their accountability for ensuring learning outcomes, and improving the quality of teacher educators. The objective of this theme is to assess the existing scenario and provide workable solutions to address the gamut of issues in teacher education in the school sector.

पकाश गजराैला रवीन्द रैकुनी रमेश सिंह विकरम सिंह अादि के अनुसार शिक्षकाे के चयन में पारदशिता अध्यापन में रुचि रखने वाले लाेगाें काे वरियता परदान की जाए तथा कुशल व विषय पारंगत अध्यापकाें की नियुकित चारित्रक गुण्ााें का समावेश हाे जिसका अनुकरण्ा बच्चे कर सके। समय समय पर उन्हें अावश्यक परीक्षण देकर के कक्षा में उसका सत पतिशत पालन सुनिशचत किया जाना चाहिए। अध्यापक का व्यिक्ततव एेसा हाे जिससे छात्र सम्मान अाैर ज्ञान दाेनाें पाप्त कर सकें।

ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊರತೆ ನೀಗಿಸುವುದು ಸಮಾನ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಂಡು/ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸುವುದು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ತರಗತಿ ಕೋಣೆಗೆ ಉಳಿಯುವಂತೆ ಅಥವಾ ತರಗತಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಇತರೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಕೆಲಸಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟುವುದು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ / ಕಾನೂನುಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ನೀಡುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಹೊಸ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಆಗಾಗ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇದೆ.

Dear sir,all trine teachers are must working in hill areas and villages 3 years then after evaluate teacher perfomance then after to give a chance to regular base And please provide ict information tools kits,And please arange computer instructors all schools and colleges and universitys, And no fees collection for hostel fees university students,it is burden for university students
