In the past three years, the Government has endeavoured to remove corruption in every form and technology presents itself as one of the most potent tools. But, technological interventions work when the interventions are simple, transparent and include a public feedback mechanism. Utilising advancements in technology, the Government is following a multi-pronged strategy to tackle the problem in an effective manner

1. Transferring benefits directly to beneficiaries
2. Making government procurements transparent
3. Digitization of service deliveries
4. Promoting Cashless Transactions
5. Jan Bhagidari
6. Open Government Data

Direct Benefit Transfer was a significant step towards plugging leakages. Amount transferred via DBT is increasing and leakages are reducing. The government has laid equal emphasis on citizens getting Aadhaar. The Jan Dhan-Aadhaar-Mobile (JAM) trinity will bring complete accountability in monetary transactions and eliminate ghost beneficiaries.

Additionally, Government e-Marketplace (GeM) was launched to make government procurements simple and transparent, eliminating any scope of corruption. Faceless e-assessment for income tax payers introduced from 2018 was another important step. Tax officers now communicate with the taxpayers through the ‘E-Proceeding' facility which reduces human interface.

The fight against corruption is a long and arduous one. Various online platforms have been introduced by the government, wherein the citizens can join forces with them by sharing their feedback and views. The decision to involve the honest citizens of our country in the fight increases the strength of the force against corruption to a great extent.

In the same vein, MyGov invites citizens to share their ideas on how technology can be used to uproot corruption and suggest innovations to fight the malice in an effective manner. Ideas and suggestions can be provided in the form of a comment below or by attaching a PDF document.

almost all dept. of govt are filled with corrupt officials lead by corrupt leaders. It is very essential to make a online review system of problems and to ensure its solving in a specific time. For ex. if police asks for bribe to solve any case or else he will delay the proceedings! In such case citizens become helpless as they can't complaint also.

The government have already some websites through which anyone can lodge complaint about govt officers asks for bribe but they don't get any action after a long time also. So the action should be taken faster. And the time of taken action must be less than a month.

The government should make everything online like driving license application, RC book application. The government should make a user friendly website on which anyone can lodge complaint about every department and every officer. This website should have various tabs of various departments so that the complaints lodged by the people can be categorized easily and faster. And all the complaints should be reviewed by concerned officials as soon as possible. It should not take time more than 1 month.

Corruption is the biggest impedance in the path of development of any country. With time our ways of minimising the corruption should also change. Presently the initiative taken by govt regarding the digital india has somehow helped to minimize the corruption. The most prudent initiatives was in fact the credit process of beneficiaries working under various schdmes of MGNREGS.PREVIOUSLY when the paymaster sahayak karmachari used to distribute the wages in cash ,huge corruption used to take place

1. All Govt Officer when dealing with public voice recording should be comulsory.these recordings should save and keep in safe . When any public will complain this should be listen and punish the employee. Voice Recording Machine price is very low so no need of any huge budget grant.2. First time offender will ask only mercy from the same public from whom he has take money. A board mentioning" i have taken bribe .I am very sorry .I will not do again will be hanged in his table for next 30 day
