Universities should be urged and motivated to enhance the standards of their research. A particular university should adopt a particular area of research of public interest and on the basis of performance in research their grading and funding should be done. Universities are the ideal place for interdisciplinary researches but it has been seen different department work independently.When a particular university adopts a specific research area this will automatically improve standard of research.

Hon'ble Minister: To push India ahead, giving a boost to the research scientists' morale is very very significant. When we draft laws/regulations/rule for regulating scientific research, it must be borne in mind that any pitfall occurring accidentally in a research experiment is not a crime and they should not be treated as offences liable to be penalized. the draft legislation on Clinical Trials is an example where one finds several draconian provisions that stifles medical research.

Dear Hon'ble Minister Good Morning. I am suggesting you to take an interest on a new model of education in that anybody can study any stream or subject and or mix of streams as per his/her interest or want to study of his likes. there is no bound to took Science, Arts or Humanities field to study. If anybody want to study some different subject out of his/her league he may clear few credit points to study. like, if I choose PCM as main subjects and Drawing/Sanskrit as additional subject.

Funding problem can be solved by providing loan window or a platform like mygov.in dedicated for innovations and new ideas linking companies and research institutions (private and government) and innovators. Indians abroad are having peerless contribution towards innovation and research but in other country for other country. Because they think they are waste in India. Our policies should be towards empowering society not make them dependent on government for there need.

इस समिति के प्रमुख उद्देश्य पुस्तकालय एवं सूचना केन्द्रों में सूचना की आपूर्ति, राष्ट्र के लिए बौद्धिक उत्पादन तथा उनसे Information Retrieval के लिए ग्रंथात्मक नियंत्रण (Bibliographic Control) हेतु प्रयास, सार्वजनिक ग्रंथालयों हेतु नेशनल लाइब्रेरी एक्ट पारित करवाना, पुस्तकालयों का राष्ट्रीय एवं अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर लाइब्रेरी नेटवर्क विकसित किया जाना, डिजिटल एवं ऑडियो-विडिओ प्रकाशनों का संकलन एवं संरक्षण, पुस्तकालय एवं सूचना केन्द्रों हेतु सेवाओं के मानकों का निर्धारण आदि करना हो .
