Like caste system, Indian education system is also divided into classes. Here I talk about only Technical education. Class 1: IITs, IISc, select few- say is 100% good Class 2: Top NITs, BITs select few- will be 50% good Class 3: State top level colleges - will be 25% good Class 4: Other colleges - will be 5% good In India more than 99% of engineers come from the class 4 colleges and they are only 5% good compared to those coming from IITs.

Maximum use of Information and Communication Technology specially in remote areas where good teachers cant be provided. Good remuneration and status of repute to the Teaching Society. Better career prospects and security to the whole teaching community across the India. Removing corruption to prevent the privatization of the higher education should be taken care of. To develop world class public Institutes for a maximum number of students across the India.

We need to think: “Why the educational problem in our country has remained unresolved, in spite of anxious consideration by a chain of Commissions and Committees, followed by tireless efforts and huge financial allocations, mounting to astronomical figures.”

Actually another aspect of cultural integration is to teach about all the cultures within India. Currently our books are highly biased towards north Indian culture and history. Here are few things that is from South that was never covered in the history books: https://ramadvice.wordpress.com/2014/01/28/things-that-my-history-book-did-not-teach-me-about/

The education policy should take along all the sects of the people together giving equal educational rights to needy & poor irrespective of caste & creed, enabling all fellow citizens to learn, practice & profess the choice of studies in the choice of any National language paralleled & prepared with global Standards. All the means of imparting education (Distance learning, Online education, OUS) should be encouraged with proper regulations. RTE should be implemented in its true spirit. JaiHind

Population control in our country is a big challenge. For which education is a must for all citizen. Unless and until we all are educated we can not feel what should be done to do the same.

Uttarakhand has three dialects, Garhwali, Kumauni, and Jaunsari. All traditional activities are conducted through the medium of these boli's. If they get recognition in the constitution, writers in these dialects will be able to produce more literary works. We will be able to preserve our language and people who are migrating to other states and adopting other language and methods of life. This is matter of serious concern for all Uttaranchalis.
