The development of regional and national indological centres will help preserve the vast repertoire of languages of various regions. Universities should have language departments with focus on dying or extinct languages

देश की भाषाई विविधता किसी भी राष्ट्र-राज्य के लिए सांस्कृतिक धरोहर होती है। देशज ज्ञान की परंपरा एवं अभिव्यक्ति का मौलिक स्वरूप स्थानीय भाषाओं की समाप्ति के साथ ही समाप्त हो जाएगा, इसलिए आवश्यक है कि सभी विश्वविद्यालय में संकट-ग्रस्त भाषाओं के भाषाई एवं सांस्कृतिक तत्त्वों के संग्रहण एवं विकास हेतु काम करने के उद्देश्य से केंद्र खोले जाएँ, जो संबद्ध समाज के साथ भाषाओं में अधिकाधिक प्रयोग-क्षेत्रों के विकास के लिए कार्य करे।

University should include foundation courses on cultural integration. Education, culture and language can be interlinked through developing such programmes and courses. The development of regional and national indological centres will help preserve the vast repertoire of languages of various regions. Universities should have language departments with focus on dying or extinct languages
