Poshan Maah 2020 बहुत ही शानदार कार्यक्रम हमारी सरकार द्वारा सितंबर के महीने में चलाया जा रहा है . इस अवसर पर अपने विचार प्रस्तुत करती हुई मैं यहीं कहूंगी की हमे हैल्थी भोजन का सेवन करना चाहिए जिसमें भरपूर मात्रा में प्रोटीन विटामिन हो जो हमारे शरीर को आंतरिक व बाह्य रूप से स्वस्थ रखे .. धन्यवाद 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Eat superfood eat local food ! " Ragi " super food ! Cut wheat ( daliya ) , seeds super seed seasonal fruits , organic farming , Local green vegetables healthy nutrients ! Go with local organic farm food . And " desi ilaj " for nutrient leval up ! Make healthy habits. Do yoga everyday ! Drink sufficient water. Use good fats for health like " cow ghee " best ever. Add more iron to food . With green vegetable and more others .

Government should Reduce price of high nutritional value Vegetables. atleast , we fixed the price of essential Vegetables for mother's & baby . so everyone can afford it.

Eating healthy foods can lead to longer life. Meditation during early morning. Consuming seasonal fruits and vegetables. Reducing junk food,can definitely lead to a healthy life style.
