Healthy tips 1. Consuming organic vegetables in regular diet 2. Consuming organic mullets , dry fruits , fruits regularly 3. My opinion, physical work needs carbohydrates more. People who does physical work they can consume more rice. People who does sitting jobs can consume wheat items. So we have to see which suits to self life style and consume 4. Senior citizens need to take their food in their body condition way. They need care in food consuming. Similarly children's also.
