आपके आसपास जो भी सुलभ फल,सब्जी,खीरा,मूली,शलगम,आदि उपलब्ध हैं, सेवन कीजिए। सुबह गर्म पानी या चाय जरूर पीयें। दिन में गर्म पानी का सेवन ज्यादा करें। त्रिफला वटी सप्ताह में ले सकें तो दो बार लें।
