Each meal for infants and toddlers should be a complete meal with protein, vegetables, carbohydrates, fats. For example we can prepare khichdi, upama, dalia, sabudana kheer, suji kheer, custard with fruits. Never opt for boiled apple or boiling any fruits to make it soft because all the nutritional value is lost, vitamins are lost instead we could grind it to make smooth paste.Dosa also great for kids as it is soft to eat. Working mothers cut all vegetables small and keep for whole day refrigera
