All intakes of meal should be planned and rehearsed weekly. As an example :- Monday - Eat more green veggies. Tuesday - Add some healthy Fruits to your meal. Wednesday - Fast . Thursday - Eat 2 Eggs. Friday - Eat bananas. Saturday - Fast. Sunday - only raw grown up seeds.

Roti, vegetables, rice and salad can be taken in lunch. A cup of curd or buttermilk should also be taken along with it. this is healthy food.

Eat a balanced diet every day. Eat a nutritious meal three times a day: morning, evening and night. Breakfast should consist of itli, pongal, chutney, sambar, because our body needs carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, and water. Eat vegetables, fruits and greens daily. Sprouted grains, small grains, etc. should be eaten daily. Cucumbers, watermelons.Avoiding fast foods like pajji, noodles, will not cause any disease to the body. Calcium can be obtained by drinking milk childhood.
