As every one know that green vegetables, fruits, milk and its products, pulses are very important and need to be included in diet but the point is all do not get it. To make it available we need to make some policies or arrangements like- 1) As we food is available in some cities/states by paying 10 rupees or 1 rupee same can be provided in villages or rural areas or areas where people really need it. 2) Some NGOs can be included in this process. 3) Free Regular checkup
