Namaste Everyone! So an ideal balanced diet meal contains- Most of your meal vegetables and fruits – ½ of your plate. Go for whole grains – ¼ of your plate Protein power – ¼ of your plate Healthy plant oils – in moderation Skip sugary drinks, limit milk and dairy products to one to two servings per day, and limit juice to a small glass per day Stay healthy, stay safe!! Jai Hind!

PCOD Nowadays Gradually increasing pcod is affecting every 1of 3 womens that is why it's very important to reduce risk and maintain health to pcod affected or suspected females. Diet to taken are 1. Water- maintain water balance, drink atleast 250ml / hr It reduces water retention Decrease risk of blood impurities increase due to mensuration Reduce keto body accumulation Reduce menstrual pain Maintain hydration and minerals needed to purify blood. Dose - atleast 3-3.5 liter / day

We Indians are so lucky that from years we tend to follow the balance diet plate with dal ,chaval, achar ,dahi, roti this combination gives us all the Nutrition we need and this should be followed always and we should make sure our plate is colorful and nutritious
