To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Respected Sir, 4)Bring more people under I.T. jurisdiction so that the collection of less tax amount for the above relief can be recovered. For this, income of each individual who possess a vehicle/motorized 2-wheeler should be cross checked by I.T. Dept with the help of R.T.A i.e. collect the details of the individual from the Regn. No. of each vehicle/motorized 2-wheeler & then correlate the income & total tax paid by the said individual at least from the date of regn of the vehicle/2 wheeler

Sub: Request to compulsory set up of CCTV cameras in the areas/ offices of each Housing Societies, Temples, Tarun Mandals (young association/clubs in city or Rural main circle) and Political Leaders offices, etc. in City as well as Rural areas in India.

To, Sri. Arun Jaitley, Finance Minister Respected Sir, 3) Not to consider reimbursement against medical expenditure as “TAXABLE INCOME” beyond Rs. 15,000.00 {Value of perquisites U/S 17(2)}, as already Income Tax are being deducted from our total income at source & we are making payment against medical expenses from that income only.

To Shri Arun Jaitly NPS widhdrawals should be treated tax free. FD interest upto 1lack should be tax free Hiribg taxi to attend duty should be tax free in place od fuel and driver salary because now hiring taxi is more convinient than having owning car. LTA should be tax free every year Employer should get tax benifit to contribute in NPS and make NPS compulsory in place of super annuation It will help salaried employee a lot.

Arun Jaitley, Finance Minister Respected Sir, First of all wishing you a happy New Year thanks for giving the opportunity to the common people of India to make comment and give suggestion prior to the union budget: 2016 – 2017. Narrating my suggestions in seriatim: 1) Increase the “NO TAX LIMIT” up-to Rs.5.00 Lac, then “I.T.” @ 10% up-to Rs.10.00 Lac, “I.T.” @ 20% up-to Rs.20.00 Lac & “I.T.” @ 30% beyond Rs.20.00 Lac. 2) Increase the limit of “80C” from Rs.1.50 Lac to Rs.3.00 lac

Respected Sir, Please provide sufficient budget for the plantation at the revolutionary scale ,to plant thousands kinds of trees and shrubs which provide fruits , vegetables, medicines, timber and flowers of ornamental use along the roads, railways, canals , in parks and on the edges of agricultural farms throughout the country.It will eradicate hunger and bring prosperity.The health of the people and atmosphere (Climate) of the country will be better. Personal income tax -all expenditures do except cash should be deducted from taxable income in addition to standard deduction. Why because we pay service tax and other taxes when we do expenses

Respected Sir, Please provide sufficient budget on Innovations. we can solve the water crisis by desalination of water by external electric field and power crisis by withdrawing energy from the sun and air in order to supply 24 hour water and electric to every house. We can also solve the problem of plastic pollution by synthesizing many bio-degradable polymers. But there is no way . Please support us financially and publish these articles in Media. To overcome the problem a bank account should be opened (like "Pradhanmantri Rahat kosh") in which general population can donate money which can be utilized for military development.
