To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Respected Sir, Please provide sufficient budget for the plantation at the revolutionary scale ,to plant thousands kinds of trees and shrubs which provide fruits , vegetables, medicines, timber and flowers of ornamental use along the roads, railways, canals , in parks and on the edges of agricultural farms throughout the country.It will eradicate hunger and bring prosperity.The health of the people and atmosphere (Climate) of the country will be better. Namstey honerable PM. I am a soldier of Indian army. Please change the weapon of Indian army (Insas5.56mm) which is not capable with fights with millitants. This weapons have no.of disadvantages.Those army persons whose duties are on gates whether Air Force gates,Military gates etc. give them AK47 etc.If a soldier fight with like AK47 rifles thier moral will get high. Please forward my views with defence minister. I she'll be thankful to you Sir.

Dear sir, please Ban Liquor Sales in New Delhi since Nirbhya type atrocities happened due to alcoholic influence.Also recently Kolkota airport a bus rammed into Air india plane caused 400 crore loss. Please impose complet Liqor ban in Cities or Issue Drinking Permits to eligible persons by taking Rs.5000/- Traffic police Fund.(non refundable)Penalise any driver caught with Rs.10000 fine and increase it compoundly like 20000 30000 etc if caught again

Respected sir, The busy routes,rush routes of Railways in Andhrapradesh are being neglected. Please direct Railway ministry to allocate entire revenue of SCR to develop pending Railway projects in coming Two years (Past 50 years these projects are pending).People are taking Bikes and undergoing accidents during nights due to lack of Trains between Hyderabad-Bangalore-Vizag etc.Also Buses charge Rs.2000 in place of Rs.300.Please improve Railways in AP,Please establish South Indian Railway Board.

Respected Finance Minister Sir,News is 98000 crore on singe section Bullet train line is sad.Same technology can be used on Land only, with complete Iron Fencing along Tracks, and providing complete Safegurd technologies with Sirens, Automatic Whistles to warn people at problamatic areas, and with complete manpower all level Crossings.The same bullet train can be run with 200 Kmph Speed Limit cap in strait lines, and with reducing speed of 50 to 30 kmph when entering City or populated zones.

Dear sir, Many news papers report the lack of toilets,urinals in Schools, Municipality zones etc. Actually Govts need to use Latest technology that is coming. Railways are inventing Less water usage Toilets.And still encouraging these inventions.Already there are Waterless Urinals manufactured by many companies.Budget needs to encourage use of such new innovative,low cost,Urinals that use less water,Washrooms etc in Schools, Municipal zones like City bustands etc.
