To curb black money the Government should make PAN Card mandatory for buying precious metal such as Gold and Silver. I also agree that this is not an easy task but if this happens, believe me, 75% work is done. The Government will be able to control 2 things: Black Money and Corruption. Regards, Rithik

Budget should focus  on Education  and health care sector.  Smart Schools should be built in every village of the country. More Government hospitals and colleges should be opened. Food security should also be a focus in the budget. More money should be allocated for poverty alleviation and urban housing. Agriculture Universities should be opened in every district.

Political parties must compulsorilly accept donation in cheques as it will curve corruption. The parties must file there returns within time and get there books audited otherwise they will be derecognised for 5 years. Just like companies they should file there returns within time and no excuses should be excepted.

there should a one time solution for resolving the arrear demands of tax u/s 245 as there are mistake on the part of IT dept too and getting them rectified by them is a costly and time consuming process. It should be solved by CPC too if all documents are provided to them.

Please move the service tax exemption limit to Rs 25 lakhs turnover, the service tax department unnecessarily keeps sending notices to small assesees every 3 years to submit our accounting records, instead small assessees could be asked to self certify that their turnover is within the exmption limit and hence they are not required to collect/pay service tax. This will reduce unnecessary paperwork for all.
