The “RESPECT CARD” should provide some benefits to the citizens like( for Example) –
a) A different line for ticketing,
b) Fast processing of their applications at various government and non-government departments,
c) A pension to them at a certain rate,
d) Toll payments at a different rates,
e) Facility of old age houses, etc.
This would help citizens in a numerous way and will motivate them to pay tax in a timely manner which would help to reduce time lag in receipt of tax dues.

Respected Sir,
I would like to suggest you to provide the following benefits to the citizens of India :
1. The bonafide tax payers and the persons who pay timely tax with the compliance of tax laws should be given a unique recognition in the society, by issuing a “RESPECT CARD” to them so that the tax payers are motivated to pay tax.

Parliament should consider empowering state legislatures to decide on all aspects related to imposition of a professional tax, including the need for a ceiling.
For some cities, professional tax is the most important source of income after property tax. In the Corporation of Chennai, for instance, it contributes Rs.200 crore annually, half as much property tax. Profession tax contributes around Rs.90 crore to the revenues of Surat Municipal Corporation, around 30% of property tax

Since April 2015 till date Crude Oil Prices have got reduced to 30$, 12 years back rate. At that time Petrol was available at Rs 45. Now in 2016 when Crude is 30$ still Petrol available at Rs 60 which means GoI making additional 15 Rs in addition to Excise and Customs.
Purpose of Raising Excise on Crude Import is to Reduce Fiscal Deficit and keep it under 3%. Good For Economic Health of Country . In 15-16 GoI will Mop Up 16 lacs Cr via Direct Indirect Taxes. Utilise it Properly-Planned/Non Plan

TDS code and service tax for deposit of tax should be replaced by TDS code and service tax code alloted to assessee. Tax should be deposit by code number alloted to assessee and only single challan deposit for the month or quarter as the case may be on the basis of code alloted to assessee. Which save time of assessee as well as man hour and paper of our nation. Also easy to assessee.

Number of service tax code for deposit tax create confusion to assessee. Therefore service tax code should be minimize may be one for full tax and another codes for servies on which abatement taken. After that service tax deposit is easy to assessee.

To curb black money the Government should make PAN Card mandatory for buying precious metal such as Gold and Silver. I also agree that this is not an easy task but if this happens, believe me, 75% work is done. The Government will be able to control 2 things: Black Money and Corruption.
Regards,
Rithik
