so many suggestions for all the aspects, confused to start from where, but anyhow:-
1.) There should be contact number available in every area of every govrenment bodies for the complaint and there fast redressal. And for this, there is seperate divison.
Like:- Electricity, Water, Drainage, Sewerage, Road, Transport and so on.
There is also a provision for complaining about the persons or people who are also disturbing these functions or destroying them.
There should be awareness programmes

In order to make Patna a smart city first of all the Mentality of the peoples must be changed. They must be taught about the advantages of being a smart city and they should promote it. A city can not become Smart city without the help of its Citizens. Ans Secondly the crime incidents in city must be taken care of so that people must feel safe.

1st of all we have to improve the traffic system of city by removing encroachments. We also have to do a pan city vehicle fitness test.
We have to dream to make Patna as 100%wasteless city of country. We can do this by inviting private companies for Door toDoor Garbage collection & these waste material should be separated on Dry & Wet basis.
Lastly we've to improve the health of Ganga because it's a reality that where there is pure river there is rapid development.
London is best example of it
