Respected sir, I think that the ideas and suggestions you mentioned are all very important and would be helpful in building a uniform civil code. I especially agree with the importance of starting with a public consultation process and creating a commission to draft the UCC. These steps would help to ensure that the UCC is truly representative of the needs and desires of all citizens, and that it is not simply imposed by the government.I also think that it is important to be mindful of the challenges that implementing a UCC would pose. Religious opposition, cultural differences, and political opposition are all real concerns that would need to be addressed. However, I believe that the potential benefits of a UCC outweigh the challenges. A UCC could help to ensure equality and uniformity in the law, protect the rights of all citizens, reduce discrimination and conflict, and enhance national integration.I think that it is important to have a discussion and debate on the UCC.

This year (2023) we visited Benares, for performing the death rituals for my eleder brother, Shri. H.R.Rao who passed away 5 months ago at Bengaluru. Benares when we visited was a changed city altogether. It was clean and tidy. Darshan of Shri. Vishvanathji was also very easy. We were satisfied with the new arranagements done by Hon. Prime minister Shri. Modiji.

Respected Honourable Prime Minister Sir, Last week i had visited Badrinath and Kedarnath Temples, Development is under process. Respected thanks to you for great initiative. However myself feeling very sad by seeing empty water bottles , pouches of snacks scattered every where, causing water choking, results in dirty places. I would like to make suggestion for this matter as follows 1) Shopkeeper should collect empty bottle from customer during selling fresh water bottle. otherwise customer has to pay extra amount. shopkeeper should submit empty bottles to his supplier/dealer during purchase of water bottles. This chain should be up to water bottle manufacturer. Manufacturer should reuse bottles after proper cleaning/treatment. 2) Same method should be implemented for empty pouches of snacks. Empty pouches to be used for manufacturing of new pouches.

Shri Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India Excellency, Request to commence Chennai - Batticaloa flight services Air connectivity between Chennai and Sri Lanka's Eastern Commercial City of Batticaloa is not started yet. This was announced in 2019, and the Union Cabinet of India has given approval to start the flight services for both Jaffna in the Northern Province and Batticaloa in the Eastern Province. The services started to Jaffna, but due to the COVID pandemic, commencing the services to Batticaloa was postponed. The air connectivity to Batticaloa is much needed for the growth of tourism and economic development in the region. It's time to commence the proposed service to the airport. Please take the necessary action with the relevant authorities to launch the service, which will benefit the public, travelers, and investors from both Sri Lanka and India. We hope you will take the required action to commence the much-awaited Chennai - Batticaloa flight services.

Namashkaar Modi Ji, I am a banker and working in top most bank in the country. Every year we hire thousands of retiree staff members and outsource operational jobs to them. We pay hefty amount of RS.50000 -70000 to them for such jobs. As they are already retired and above 60 years of age, their efficiency is not upto the mark which leads to delay in services. If we take all the banks number of these retired staff goes to lakhs. Sir my suggestion is that instead of these retiree people if we hire Young unemployed people and pay them 50000 - 70000, our countries most important issue i. e unemployment can be tackled. regards Yours Faithfully Shammi Kumar
