Pranam, My name is Deep Panchal I reside in Dubai, UAE. So recently, while watching Padma awards, I noticed that each winner, be it male or female, were respectfully called using some kind of honorific (Aadar-suchak). Like Shriman, Shrimati, Su-shri, Kumari, or else by their qualification or post i.e., Dr, Adv., Prof., etc. etc. But when Manjamma Jogathi, a transgender was called, no honorific was used. She was addressed using the word Mata. Mata is again a female salutation. Upon researching I found that there is no specific honorific for transgender community. So, they are addressed or invited by common honorific i.e., Shri or just by their name. So, I would like to propose a word 'SHRIMAD', which is the best suited honorific for transgenders, because the word means Complete ('Sampanna' or 'Sampurna'). It is said, a male or female is incomplete without each other, but a trans is born as shiv and shakti. Ardhnarishwar. One word of honor can change many minds.

Most of us have been a witness or involved in a road traffic accident at least once or more. Two cotton bandages 4. 1 crape bandage 5. a small tube/satchel of antiseptic .. the set can be made available at fix amount of rs 100 and mandatory to carry.. any accident victim can make use of it by buying it from stand by vehicles at rs 100 each.. to be replaced at nearby petrol station or service station.. I have only one Revolution request to you that why not like UPI, UPI voting system would also be implemented in the whole country so that every person can vote sitting at home. Because in our country most of the people work outside and they are not able to vote, for this the voting system UPI Voting has become most successful inside the voting system. Just as there is no chance of any fraud in UPI, there will be no chance of fraud in UPI voting.

हमारे लोकप्रिय प्रधानमंत्री जी, आपसे अनुरोध है, कि हमारे देश की शिक्षा का system बहुत ही,गिरता जा रहा है, यदि हम सरकारी स्कूलों के शिक्षको को बेहतर नही कर पाए ,तो unn शिक्षको को इतनी सैलरी देने का क्या फायदा, जब गरीब को वो मिलेगा ही नही,।
