Sir, to open the country slowly and safely it’s important that businesses follow strict guidelines of labor department on COVID-19. Can government launch a program where businesses would be rewarded for adhering the guidelines and will be penalized for non compliant? A percentage of loan waiver for MSME can be the considered as reward. A hefty penalty for non compliance can be applied too. Periodic audit can be performed under the supervision of DOL. My request is to think about this suggestion.
