Just like Fastag with GPS, we can implement traffic related fines automatically to be debited to the account of vehicle owner. This will improve discipline and safety on the roads. One way to do it before GPS is to ask the police take a photograph of the vehicle and detect the user from the databank and cut the fine amount from the Fastag account. For this, every vehicle owner must buy a Fastag irrespective of if it is two, three or four wheeler or a truck/bus.
