Should Government incentivize citizens for adopting a poor family? Example: A person gets Rs XXX/month for supervising education of a poor family's children, for helping the family to avail Govt. schemes, for educating them about health and diseases etc. Govt can start this initiative with their employees promising incentives/salary-increments/promotion for such Adoption. Or government can also start this initiative by promoting and incentivizing such women.

We need to try to innovate to control the spread. one idea could be to vaccinate everyone or atleast all above 18 years in select towns such as Pune or Nagpur or Nashik which report a high number of cases and at the same time the population is not as much as a city like Mumbai.
