Another big issue in insurance is claims settlement - if some one dies in an accident, their kins should die another death for getting the claims. there should be some policy, to settle all such disputes / claims within 6 months. and if the vehicle causing such incident, if not insured, the victim will not get anything. Govt. is responsible in such cases, as it is the duty of the govt. to enfoce & collect the dues. so, in case of any uninsured vehicles, the (state) govt. should settle the claims

we need to have a relook in to our insurance policy - now, it is primarily business - not really serving the cause - there is no medical insurance for people above 80 years of age !!! we need to have some humanity apart from business - Govt. can think of covering all by default - for income, can be collected as part of I-T / GST - so that all can be covered - and the coverage should be end to end - even a small hospitalization costs a few lakhs and only a part of it is covered in insurance now.

Now different subjects specialists need to be given importance in recruitment of administrative officer but being low scoring subjects these specialization scholars not able to get upsc/IAS. Indian govt must revive the selection process to get more effective officers according to current need by giving emphasis in selection from subjects like Animal Husbandry, Management. Entrepreneurship. Environmental science, Ethics etc

upgrading the rural govt will always creat new job, means we need to our large scale manpower to divert them towards rural India uplifting. many people need health support, diet chart, malnutrition etc. same in service industry, imagine a IT company branch in rural India with high speed internet connection and fast train to connect to that station. same as manufacturing, which consists crafts, house hold work, teaching many more are there. portal to register all work and youth is need of the hr.

According to me to build a new image of India following steps we must take:- 1 Don't believe in whatsapp forwarded news 2 Gender equality 3 liberal thinking 4 sports must be priority in school but it must be free 5 curriculum of govt need a very big change because it have seen that students of govt school has potential but no knowledge
