Sir, I am really proud the way the Government is being run but however I have one issue. All temples are the support and backbone to our society. But I become very sad when I see the condition of few temples in villages and small mohallas where the position of the priest and the facilities there is very bad and precarious. These temples are run with the help of small funds collected by Mandir Samitis and leave apart the facilities and condition of rooms and sculptures there, it becomes quite difficult to pay even small salaries to priest by the local samitis and residents. This is the situation of lacs and lacs of temples. On the other hand, a few temples in every State are getting good offerings and donations and have crores of rupees of funds. My suggestion is to take up say 100 temples by each big temple in their management and support so that these small temples may also grow and develop by not depending on small help. Devotees will also be tempted to offer more that way.
