This is regarding Employee Notice Period followed across all the organisations. There should be a common rule for employee notice period in all the organisations. Many companies have a notice period starting from 60-90 days. This is making every employees resignation an unpleasant experience. And also an employee can't releive a company whenever they want as per the law. Either they need to serve a long notice period or need to pay 1 or 2 months salary to releive quicker. This should be considered by the government and a common rule should be made for this. Other countries have a strict rule on this that an employee can releive the existing company starting from 1 week to 30 days. But our country doesn't have a proper rule for this (as far as I know). Please consider this and please prepare a rule under labour law.

Poojya Aadarniya Pradhan Mantriji Shri Modiji Vande Mataram I am Dr Oswal Gunvant from Pune. I am practicing doctor for last 52 years I feel, Your Man Ki Baat is Your Rhuday Ka Sandesh for This Beautiful Planet for Humanity. Here I want to share my experience. Traffic Jam is a day to day problem in all cities in India. It wastes lot of petrol, diseal, energy & precious time of people. It creates pollution in environment affecting road side population. Some of the fumes are toxic to lungs and brain. Traffic jam also creats sound pollution due to horns. A simple remedy will be as follows. We have now Google satellite GPS. All roads of cities, highways should be centrally displayed on big screen in local Police chowky. When ever jam is seen on the screen, the nearby traffic police can immediately send their team to solve the problem. This will reduce the burden on police dept. and save them from exposure to petrol fumes and hot sun This will save a lot of fuel and Health of people

R/s I am working in India Post. Nowadays online frauds are increasing. But through repeated efforts by the government this online fraud happens. Sir I want to give my insane/useful suggestions in R/o OTP as 1. OTP should be number of letters specific e.g. for money related transactions it should contain more numeric values as compared to non financial e.g in case to verify your item delivery OTP may be of four digit but in case of financial transaction it may be of five digit so that even minor can identify. 2. In case of financial transactions there has to be double OTP verification as compared to one OTP verification in non-financial cases. 3. OTP should be started with a specific letter e.g., if OTP starts with 1 (this means normal verification does not contain any financial transaction), 2 (this means related transaction is related to financial) or something else please.

Sir, Simplify Incometax Slabs. just one slab is enough. keep 20% slab on taxable income without any deductions etc. Encourage the tax payers, give them 1% discount on tax , if a person pays tax for 5 consecutive years... Tax payers should get discount on the train, flight ticket bookings. also discount in GST on shopping etc
