आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी जब भी कोई देशव्यापी अभियान जेसे टीकाकरण अभियान उसका नियंत्रण केन्द्र सरकार के हाथ मे हो एसा हो सकता है क्या अगर एसा हो तो उस अभियान का पूरा लाभ लाभार्थियों को मिलेगा क्योंकि केन्द व राज्य सरकार दोनो के कार्य करने का तरीका अलग होता है। जिसके कारण उस अभियान से सब लोग नहीं जुड़ पाते ।अतः अभियान तेजी से सफल नही हो पाता । वैसे मेरे विचार आपके सामने सूरज को दिया दिखाने के समान है ।पर यह मेरे "मन की बात" है। धन्यवाद
