If repeated third time suspend them for the full session.

Dear sir, I wish to develop our country.such as to convert village to the town, town to the city. And agriculture is also necessary . so we develop the agriculture.

PM Sir Introducing Income tax on income of farmers is like burning your own fingers. Lets accept the fact, in reality all farmers are not poor, some rich farmers take full advantage of this situation and do not contribute income tax. Tax the rich ( income above Rs 5 lakhs @ 10%) & spare the poor farmers from Income tax.This will not hurt in any way poor farmers sentiments but rich farmers may make some noises for some time.Lets be fair with other honest tax payers of our country.

In sequel to my comments below, These offenders collect the tax but not pay to Government or rotate Provident Fund amount without depositing the same in the individual’s account (if it is not deposited on time to the individual account, it should send a message to PF office and allow PF official to take necessary action at the early stage itself). These offenders are individually insolvent, but as a family they are rich and live a comfortable life on Government’s cost or on other people's money

In continuation to my comments below, Even the business partners should also be traced and blocked and should not be allowed to be a partner in some other companies till they clear such government dues. Hence, as like a CIBIL score, these persons should also be marked for such score and it has to be popped up to the government authorities such as Income tax, Customs, GST, bank, insurance, Passport office, Provident fund, etc.

Any person (may be a legal person also) who is a repeated offender, by not paying the tax or duty, he and his relatives should not be allowed to register or float one more company till they clear the government dues. I believe, in this modern world, driven fully by technology, this can be done by identifying them by their PAN number, Aadhar number. The relatives can also be identified by their PAN number, Aadhar number, ration card.

Please take away the photo of Mohan das karam chand Gandhi from the currency. Replace them with other real freedom fighters like bhagath sigh , Chandra sekhar azad. Because they are real freedom fighter. But not even given importance for sacrifices
