All ongoing orders for internal combustion engine cars for government officials and official use of government employees shall be switched to electric. It will have following advantages: 1. Saving in total cost of ownership of the vehicle. 2. Corruption related to false fuel bills will be solved. 3. The fuel can be diverted somewhere else for other uses.

Indian citizens should bring behavior change to use bicycles for local commute. This will significantly reduce crude import bill & inflation; pollution (improve air quality); road accidents, burden on health infra, need for reconstruction of urban roads (better municipal spending).
