Time to have a virtual university - Atal/Deendayal only for people in service for reskilling, state/central/pvt sector employees can join, have radical way of executive degree/post grad/reseach methods ( moving away from mcaulay system). this will help in updating/reskilling staff and make them more competitive and improve efficiency and productivity, minimum fee with new set of online teachers( per student fee) job opportunities open too

There should be a panel for the recruitment of teachers. Not only through qualifications and experiences basis, rather through a tough strategical approach such persons must be chosen for all govt, private or aided schools throughout India, who will be seriously trying to develop or create the REAL HUMANITY among the children. I mean to say that the personality and intentions of teachers must be verified not only the certificates and qualifications.

Make In India & Job Creation Govt should create an/portal like Amazon/Flipkart for Make in India Product/Desi products. allow all to join for free with a very minimum trade commission to run the portal professionally.payment protection from cheating to be included.the logistic/delivery network use indian railways, state transport facilities and 2 youngsters from each ward to be employed ( look at the crores will get the job) on again per piece commission base ( which can be included in price)

India must have its own Search Engine like GOOGLE. Its own mail service like Gmail, its own chat application like Whatsapp. and these things must be owned by Govt of India. it will help Govt of India to increase its revenue also. we must not be dependent on foreign vendors for these services. these are crucial basic needs of the nation.

Respected PM Ji, WISH YOU ALL HAPPY DIWALI, our country's cost of living is very very high because there is wast diffrce in salaries in between the employees for ex. a worker work for 8 hr. a day and his wage is 350 per day where as a teachers per day wage is 2500, he can buy by give more rate but that worker not able to buy my idea is make equal type of pay to all whether it is high or low why 1-2 lakh need for a family per month ji, are cut all subscribtions, there are enjoying both.
