Introduce performance linked variable pay for government employees. Put some part of their salary as performance linked pay. If they perform well give 100%. For underperformers reduce the variable pay. For unconsistent performers put them in performance inproveneng plan with some salary cut. Under performers for 3 cycles suspend their service without pay.

Improve Postoffiice and postal services in India. it is very essential to develop postoffices with latest technology at village level

Introduce time bound service, issue resolution for government services. Also let public rate the experience with the service availed. Link the rating to appraisal, promotion of government officials. Let each office publish their service statistics in their web portal for public view to bring transparency and accountability. Enforce the philosophy: Government service is not to chill, harass or loot public but to serve the public. Honour good officials and give them good incentives.

Gradually, secretly reduce quotas from all sort of jobs, education avenues. Only merit should be considered. Financially weaker people should be supported financially.

Dear PM Sir, Before Covid-19, you advised fellow-citizens to visit at least five places (in India) on a yearly basis. We travel extensively throughout the country and the hardest thing we encounter (when travelling outside the native-state) is the problem of language. Without meaning any disrespect to any language, I believe, language is the number-one barrier for independent tourists (not being part of organized ones) to move around our own country. It is my humble suggestion to advise all state governments to use English, along with local language, (especially at public bus stands and buses), even in smaller towns and villages (of tourist importance). In the present scenario, language is just a CURSE for tourists. Such a situation may hardly boost local tourism. Thank you.
